The History

The exact origin of the Estate is unknown. Construction began is secret, as the founding Boeshart, Phinnius Jebediah was in a fued with his mortal enemy and wanted to shame his family with the large Estate. PJB first met with the Pope, who agreed to send blessed bricks from Rome to Ohio, on the grandest Italian Naval ships for the construction. The grand main home was constructed in under two years, with the stable house and servant home constructed at a later date. PJB used the same blessed bricks for all the buildings on the Estate. The sprawling grounds first hosted horses, then their prized Bisons. The first horse race in the United States was held on the grounds, with the ancestors of Man O War and Secretariat coming first and second place respectively. The stables then began to home Bison, which were raised along side the horses. The trainers began to run the bison through obstacle courses to improve their agility. This led to massive wealth as the family sold bison to the United States Army to be used as calvary. In the late 1800s, the first fully intact dinosaur fossil was discovered on the grounds. The generous family donates the fossil, and have marked area with a grand gazebo that is used for entertainment.

The Estate employees over 100 caretakers, many just for the landscaping of the grounds alone. There are also 25 full time furniture experts who tend to the original, antiqued furniture that has furnished the home since it's origin. Three members of this staff are used to reupholster, recondition, and repair the current Lord Boarshart's prized reclining chair, the first ever made in history.

The Estate has also roomed some famous people throughout history. The original team for the Manhattan Project met in private in one of the rooms on the Estate.
