Some facts about The Boeshart Estate:

The oldest Estate in the Midwest dating back 2 centuries.

The Estate came to fame due to its prizes Bison that it raised and showcased. Their bison were prized for their looks and agility. 

The Estate requires a full time staff of 50 employees to tend to it's grounds.

In the 1860s, there was a small local rebellion against the Union. The Estate was used as a stronghold to quell the insurrection. 

The sprawling home is constructed of bricks that were imported from The Vatican in Rome after being blessed by the Pope. 

The first fully intact dinosaur skeleton was found on the grounds, close to the current road to enter the Estate. 

The Treaty of Versailles was signed inside the home of the Estate in 1918.
